This form lets you put your clients on pre-built email + text campaigns automatically — no building drips, no tagging, no messing with workflows. Just enter your client's email (the same one in your CRM) and pick the campaign that fits where they are in the process. Done.

Quick guide — pick the one that matches your client:

🏡 BUYER CAMPAIGNS

  • Buyer – New Buyer Leads (Speed to Lead Nurture) — Brand new buyer lead just came in. Fast-hitting follow-up for the first few days.

  • Buyer – Cold Buyer Lead — Buyer lead that's gone quiet or never engaged. Re-engagement sequence.

  • Buyer – General Prospective Buyer (Short Drip) — Buyer who's interested but not urgent. Light touch over a few weeks.

  • Buyer – General Prospective Buyer (Long Drip) — Same as above but stretched out long-term for buyers 6–12+ months away.

  • Buyer – Lease to Buyer or Rent Campaign — Currently renting or leasing, potential future buyer. Educates them on the rent-vs-buy path.

  • Buyer – Closed Clients Drip — Past buyers you've already closed. Long-term nurture to stay top of mind for referrals + future moves.

🏠 SELLER CAMPAIGNS

  • New Seller Leads (Speed to Lead) — Brand new seller lead. Fast follow-up to lock in the appointment.

  • Cold Seller Lead — Seller lead that went cold or ghosted. Re-engagement sequence.

  • Current Seller — Active seller you're working with right now. Keeps them engaged during the listing process.

  • General Prospective Seller Drip (Short) — Seller who's curious but not ready. Light nurture over a few weeks.

  • General Prospective Seller Drip (Long) — Longer timeline sellers, 6–12+ months out.

  • Closed Clients Dripautomatic — You don't need to pick this one. Runs automatically once a seller is marked closed in the seller portal.

⚠️ Before you hit submit:

Use the exact email your client has in your CRM — that's how the system finds and updates their contact. If the email doesn't match, a duplicate contact gets created and the drip won't be tied to them.

Want to test it first? Smart move. Create a test contact in your CRM with your own name, a different email, and a different phone number, then run it through this form. You'll get every email and text yourself so you can see exactly what your client will receive before committing them.

Where to see what's going out:

Once submitted, your client is enrolled. You can view every email and text that sends (and when) inside Back Boss AI → Contacts → [client's profile] → Conversations / Message Center. Everything's logged there so you're never in the dark about what your client is receiving.
