DELEGATE: A delegate represents her chapter during the business meetings and will vote on any amendments during the meeting. She will need to indicate which meals she will attend.

VISITOR: A visitor is an active P.E.O. member who is able to attend business meetings, but may not vote. She will also be able to attend meals as a visitor as she chooses at her or her chapter's expense.

GUEST: A guest is a NON-P.E.O. who is attending as a guest for a meal or meals. This could be a family member, friend, or an inactive P.E.O. sister. Meals will be paid for by the registration deadline to the Convention Treasurer.

Visitor Registration

PEO Convention Visitor *

I am an active P.E.O. but will not be my chapter's delegate/ alternate and will attend business meetings and meals as a Visitor.

I am an active P.E.O. attending as a Visitor, however I am listed as my chapter's alternate. I will attend business meetings and meals as a Visitor unless one of our delegates is unable to attend.

I am not an active P.E.O., but will attend a meal as a Guest.

Instructions to checking on delegate registration on the P.E.O. International Website.

Step 1: Sign into International's website, https://peointernational.org. Open the Report of S/P/D Convention Delegates and Alternates page and enter your delegates and alternates. Here is the link: https://www.peointernational.org/resource/report-of-s-p-d-convention-delegates-and-alternates/

Step 2: If your chapter delegate(s) and alternate(s) have been submitted their names will show up in the form because their member numbers have been entered. If they are NOT listed, the form will require you to enter the member number(s).

If your delegate(s) and alternate(s) were previously entered you can cancel out of the form, you do not need to submit it again UNLESS you have made a change that your chapter approved.

Step 3: Your chapter decided to send one or two delegates to convention. The alternates can be the same sisters listed as the delegates IF your chapter does not have additional sisters who could attend. ALL fields must be filled in so the form will record your answers.

Step 4: Be sure to click Submit.
