Title: Creative Account Manager

Reports to: Head of Marketing
Works with: Video & Graphic Editor Team
Supported by: Technical Account Manager 

We’re hiring a Creative Account Manager to manage creative campaigns and client communication for beauty, medical spa, and plastic surgery brands.

This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, real familiarity with cosmetic treatments, and a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content strategy. You’ll coordinate creative execution, approve content, manage influencer collaborations, and ensure client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate active client campaigns

  • Assign tasks to web and video editors

  • Review and approve creative content

  • Ensure content meets brand and aesthetic standards

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals

Creative & Content Ideation

  • Develop content and video ideas focused on:

    • Aesthetic treatments

    • Results and transformations

    • Educational and trend-based formats

  • Translate social trends into clear, creative direction

Influencer Program Management

  • Vet influencers for campaign and brand fit

  • Manage influencer communication and coordination

  • Oversee influencer content timelines and approvals

Client Communication

  • Serve as a customer-facing point of contact

  • Manage client feedback and revisions

  • Communicate clearly with internal creative teams

  • Maintain a professional, organized client experience

Compensation & Pay Scale

  • Month 1: $1,500 USD

  • Month 2: $1,750 USD

  • Month 3: $2,500 USD

  • 90-Day Performance Review:

  • Eligible increase to $3,500 USD per month

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with medical spas, plastic surgery practices, or aesthetic brands

  • Strong visual judgment and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to evaluate and approve beauty-focused creative

  • Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including current formats, trends, and creator-style content

  • Experience coordinating creative teams, including managing content workflows, assignments, and approvals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client feedback clearly and professionally

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders

  • Comfortable using AI tools to support creative ideation, content planning, research, and workflow efficiency

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Laptop or desktop computer with a working camera for video calls
