Thank you for participating in the Croydon in the Mountains Familiarisation Tour. We hope you had a memorable experience! As part of our ongoing marketing and promotional efforts, we would like your consent to use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken of you during the event.

1. I grant permission to Croydon in the Mountains and its authorized representatives to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken of me during the Fam Tour event for use in promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, advertising, and press releases.

2. I understand that my image and/or voice may be used without compensation and that Croydon in the Mountains retains ownership of all media taken during the event.

3. I release Croydon in the Mountains, its directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of such media.

4. I confirm that I participated in the Fam Tour voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during the event and release Croydon in the Mountains from any liability related to personal injury or loss.
