By signing this document, you agree to submit weekly or monthly check-ins on time, depending on the program you have purchased. In case of an emergency or other circumstances, you must contact your assigned Chasing Faith Athletics Coach as soon as possible. Chasing Faith Athletics Coaches dedicate significant time to their clients and expect you to maintain a high level of commitment to achieve excellent results. If you submit a late check-in or fail to submit one, you will not receive an update to your program until the next week’s check-in. The Chasing Faith Athletics Coach’s role is to support and guide you, but you must prioritize the program to see the best results. Weekly/Monthly check-ins should take no more than 15 minutes.
