What is Stepped (Variable Age-Stepped) vs. Level (Variable)

Stepped Premiums start lower and increase as your age. Level Premiums start higher however the Level Premium increase is lower per year as you age. Your quote will show you a chart of stepped vs. level premiums over time.

Needle stick cover

Provides a lump sum if you contact a blood borne disease from a related injury. Like an accidental needle stick which resulted in contraction of HIV or hepatitis.

Life Cover Buyback (TPD)

Life cover buyback allows life cover to be brought back 12 months after a trauma claim.

Trauma Reinstatement

Trauma reinstatement the ability to reinstate the used link trauma benefit amount after a specific. For example, multiple claimable trauma events from the same policy.

Specific Injury (Income Protection)

Pays a benefit during the waiting period on the occurrence of a specific injury.

Trauma Cover - Trauma cover provides a lump sum upon diagnosis of a listed serious medical condition (e.g., cancer, heart attack). Helps cover expenses during recovery.

Income Protection (IP) Cover

Income protection - replaces a portion, up to 70%, of your pre-disability income that is lost if illness or injury prevents you from working. Premiums may be tax deductible.
