Become a Premier Member. Join the Sisterhood.
At SWAAT, we are more than a community; we're a real sisterhood.
For the past 8 years, we've brought together strong, like-minded women from all walks of life who are passionate about healing, connection, and showing up for each other. This is your safe space to take off the cape, breathe, and grow surrounded by women who get it.
Women who carry a lot. Women who lead with love. Women who are tired of pretending everything is fine and are finally choosing themselves too. SWAAT is a judgment-free zone where you can show up as you are flawed, healing, whole, or figuring it out. It's for the woman who's always been the strong friend, the one everyone depends on, but secretly wishes she had the same support she gives.
You're not alone.
You don't have to do life by yourself.
And you deserve a sisterhood that sees you, checks on you, and celebrates you.

Submission of this application does not guarantee reinstatement approval.
As a member of our organization, we strive to create a community of respect and collaboration where diverse opinions are valued and conflicts are resolved in a constructive and respectful manner. We believe that conflicts are an inevitable part of any organization, but how we approach and resolve them is crucial to maintaining a positive and productive environment.
Our organization values inclusivity, diversity, and equity, and we recognize that conflicts can arise from differences in background, experience, and identity. We are committed to creating an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and bias, and to addressing any conflicts that may arise in a manner that upholds these values.
Conflict resolution is an ongoing process that requires commitment and effort from ALL members. We encourage our members to actively engage in conflict resolution processes, and to seek support and guidance from our organization when needed.
If a member violates our code of conduct standards, by engaging in conflict that is deemed harassing, any form of bullying to include cyber-bullying, or bias, that member will be investigated by the CONFLICT RESOLUTION REVIEW BOARD and appropriate consequences/action will be taken.
Non-Compete & Intellectual Property Protection Agreement
As a SWAAT Sister, you may have access to exclusive ideas, strategies, event concepts, communication formats, and internal processes that help us build and grow this unique sisterhood. By signing this contract, you agree not to copy, share, or recreate SWAAT's materials, methods, or ideas for use in another organization, group, or business whether directly or indirectly during your membership and for at least 24 months after it ends.
This includes but is not limited to:
Hosting events modeled after SWAAT's signature experiences
Using SWAAT's member systems, badge programs, branding, or sisterhood language
Creating similar sisterhoods or social clubs with overlapping structure or mission
We ask this not to limit your growth but to protect the love, labor, and legacy being built here. If you have ideas you want to explore, we encourage collaboration over competition. Let's build together, not apart.
