Before You Begin

Please nominate referees who can accurately comment on the candidate's work performance, professional behaviour, and employment history.
Ensure each referee's full name, position, organization, email address, and phone number are accurate.
We recommend selecting referees from recent employment whenever possible.
Please obtain the referee's permission before submitting their contact information, where required.
Personal friends, family members, or individuals who cannot objectively evaluate the candidate should not be listed unless specifically requested.

Integrity & Verification Notice

To protect the integrity of the Smart Verify process, every reference verification is subject to authenticity and quality assurance audits. Our system applies multiple validation measures to help identify irregularities, inconsistencies, conflicts of interest, or potential fraudulent activity. Any findings may be flagged and disclosed within the Smart Verify report provided to the authorized recipient.

For confidentiality and data protection purposes, Smart Verify reports are released only to the verified requesting organization or an authorized individual identified during the submission process. Reports will not be released to unidentified third parties or to candidates requesting self-reference checks.

Once your submission is complete, Smart Verify will securely contact the nominated referees on your behalf. Their responses will be treated confidentially and analyzed using our verification methodology before a final report is prepared for the authorized recipient.
