• Full refund available if cancellation is made 14 or more days prior to the session start date
• 50% refund available if cancellation is made 7–13 days prior
• No refunds are issued within 7 days of the session start date
• Transfers to another session are permitted up to 7 days prior, based on availability
• Each session requires a minimum of 10 students to run
• If minimum enrollment is not met, you will be offered a transfer or a full refund
