Sponsorship Opportunities:

1. Episode Sponsorship

Pre-Roll: A 30-second mention at the beginning of the episode - $100 per episode

Mid-Roll: A 60-second feature in the middle of the episode - $200 per episode

Post-Roll: A 30-second mention at the end of the episode - $100 per episode

Full Episode Sponsorship: $100 (Pre-Roll) + $200 (Mid-Roll) + $100 (Post-Roll) - $400 per episode

2. Series Sponsorship

Branded Series (13 episodes) - $5000

Branding - Your brand name and logo featured prominently on all episodes of a specific series.

Dedicated Episodes - Episodes centered around topics or themes relevant to your brand, featuring interviews with your experts or highlighting your products.

3. Social Media Promotion

Sponsoring companies must adhere to deadlines for the submission for personnel biographical data and other corporate information. Sponsoring companies must submit all high-resolution logos, images and promotional graphics via email at [email protected] within one week of confirmation of sponsorship. Logos should be submitted in the following formats high quality formats: PDF, EPS, JPEG. Images and promotional graphics must be in the following high quality formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP. If a company is selected to sponsor an event, full payment must be made at least 15 days after notification of sponsorship award. BMT Conference reserves the right to rescind its offer of sponsorship if payment is not made within that time. You acknowledge that 4 Nineteen Education & Training and the Black Massage Therapist Conference may use your image or likeness in photos or videos that will be used for marketing purposes as an attendee or participant at the conference.
