Step 1: Thanks for checking out our Estate Planning fee estimator!

Lawvex attorneys have completed over 5,000 estate plan and trust administration cases. We are not selling documents. We are offering a relationship. We want to make sure you and your family are protected, with a human experience, quickly and affordably, with maximum convenience.

Unlike the rest of our industry, we believe in billing transparency and we actually want you to know what our services cost - even if we never get to speak with you.

Go through our short quiz below and share a few details about your estate and we can offer a fee quote right here online. Please know that your information is confidential and not shared with anyone, ever.

One note -- in your Plan Design Meeting, your estate attorney may recommend additional complexity modifiers if you are: a blended family, business owners, have beneficiaries with special needs or substance abuse issues, a noncitizen, or are concerned about Medi-Cal benefits eligibility.

Let's get started, this will take you about 5 minutes...

"Estate size" for us means fair market value of your real estate, investments, bank accounts, personal property AND your pre-tax IRA/401ks but NOT your life insurance death benefits. Our estate planning programs are not a fit for everyone. If your estate is under $500,000 or over $10,000,000 these programs are not a fit for you.

Step 2: Tell us a little about you and your estate.

We are a California law firm and provide California-specific services. If you are not a California resident, or you don't have some California real estate or business interests, we may not be able to help you.
This can include mobile home, rental properties, etc.
By "blended" we mean you or your spouse/registered partner have any children from prior relationships.
Planning for kids with special needs is really important because a large inheritance can be quickly lost to bad decisions, reimbursement of government benefits, and result in disqualification and reapplication for government benefits.

Step 2: Tell us a little about you and your estate.

Step 3: Almost done, please let us know how we can reach you.

After you enter your information, click "Submit" and then book your Plan Design Meeting and pay your fully refundable $300 deposit and we will see you soon!
