What are the main areas where you feel you need guidance and support?

I am feeling drained and disillusioned in my current role.

I am struggling with confidence and self-belief.

I am feeling totally disconnected from my patients and my profession.

I am here as I need personal and professional development and self-growth.

I am not sure where my career is going, and I need guidance and support.

I feel as if I am in career prison, and I need to break free.

I am burnt out, stressed and compassion fatigued.
