Upload documents for the placement of a Personal Primary Tradeline Addition or 30-Day Credit Sweep
Proof of Residence is required if you are enrollilng into the 30-Day Credit Sweep Program
Credit Sweep — “Credit Repair Intake”
For the 30-Day Credit Sweep Program, there is an Identity Theft Affidavit that is required to be signed and notarized, before we start processing the file.
