Open whatever system you use to store past customers.
Look for Contacts, Customers, Clients, Jobs, or Past Customers.
Click Export, Download, or Export CSV.
Choose CSV if it gives file options.
Make sure the file includes at least:
Customer name
Phone number
Email if available
Job/service date if available
Upload that file here.
