Once you sign up, we handle the heavy lifting. Here's what the process looks like:

1. We gather your information As part of our process-oriented approach, we've compiled key questions to train Miranda to sound like your assistant — not a generic bot. All are marked required, but simply type "N/A" as necessary. The more information we have the better we can train your assistant.

2. We build your Virtual Office Assistant Using your website content, the information you share, and our database of real estate FAQs, we train Miranda to handle your inbound calls, respond to website visitors via chat, follow up with leads by email, and send texts and SMS — so every lead gets a fast, accurate, personalized response.

3. We connect your tools We'll need limited access to your website and domain host to complete the setup. If you have an existing webmaster, no problem — we work with them directly. We can also prepare and ship the changes/code for their implementation. This includes updating your form disclosures, privacy policy and terms of use to complete with A2P and DLC10 requirements for SMS, and adding the code snippet for the chat widget.

4. We launch in 5-7 business days Once we have everything we need from you, we can have it ready for final QA testing within 5 business days and launched shortly after that.

One thing to note on SMS: Text messaging requires carrier-mandated A2P and 10DLC registration — a one-time process that cannot be completed during a free trial. Your 14-day trial includes full access to voice, webchat, and Facebook & Instagram Messenger. SMS is activated automatically when you move to a paid plan and registration is complete, typically within 10–15 business days of brand campaign approval.
