Senior Graphic Designer — Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support marketing, sales, and patient conversion across digital channels. This role requires strong design fundamentals, performance-driven creative thinking, and direct experience working with beauty and aesthetics brands.
Key Responsibilities
Design email marketing templates and campaign graphics
Create social media content for organic and paid channels
Develop digital sales collateral, including one-pagers and promotional materials
Design treatment briefings that clearly communicate procedures, benefits, and outcomes
Create icons, UI elements, and supporting graphics for websites and landing pages
Produce visual assets to support video content, including overlays, thumbnails, and graphic elements
Ensure all designs align with brand standards, compliance considerations, and conversion goals
Collaborate with marketing, ads, and website teams to support launches and campaigns
Required Experience
Proven experience working in beauty and aesthetics
Strong understanding of visual standards, trends, and compliance considerations in the aesthetics space
Experience creating marketing and sales assets for conversion-driven funnels
Ability to translate treatments and services into clear, patient-friendly visuals
Bonus Experience (Strongly Preferred)
Experience with plastic surgery brands
Experience in medical aesthetics (injectables, laser, RF, body contouring, skincare, etc.)
Familiarity with before-and-after presentation standards and treatment education materials

Month 1: $1,000 USD
Month 2: $1,250 USD
Month 3: $1,500 USD
90-Day Performance Review:
Eligible increase to $2,500 USD per month
Proven experience working with medical spas, plastic surgery practices, or aesthetic brands
Strong visual judgment and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to evaluate and approve beauty-focused creative
Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including current formats, trends, and creator-style content
Experience coordinating creative teams, including managing content workflows, assignments, and approvals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client feedback clearly and professionally
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders
Comfortable using AI tools to support creative ideation, content planning, research, and workflow efficiency
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
