I understand that insurance requirements may vary based on my vendor category, products, services, cooking methods, equipment, vehicles, demonstrations, and other operational risks; that a Certificate of Insurance alone may not satisfy TigerMountain Foundation's additional-insured requirements; and that I must maintain required coverage through all approved dates and provide updated documentation upon request. I understand that TMF may suspend or revoke my approval if required coverage expires or is cancelled. *

I agree to comply with TigerMountain Foundation's vendor rules and safety standards, including securing and weighting booth displays, safely routing electrical cords, providing required fire extinguishers, accurately labeling products, clearly displaying pricing, maintaining a clean booth area, removing waste at closing, and refraining from selling or distributing counterfeit goods, weapons, illegal products, or unapproved alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or controlled substances. *

TERMS & CONDITIONS

I have read and agree to the following Vendor Terms & Conditions: I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance, a specific date, booth location, or participation. TMF may approve, decline, waitlist, or limit vendors based on available space, vendor category, needs, compliance requirements, or other operational considerations. Any approval is conditional until required payment, licenses, permits, insurance, and other documentation have been received and accepted by TMF. I understand that I may not participate until all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

I agree to comply with all applicable participation rules, health and licensing requirements, and safety standards, including maintaining a safe and secure booth, properly routing and covering electrical cords, providing required fire-safety equipment, accurately labeling products, clearly displaying prices, maintaining a clean booth area, and removing waste at closing. I will not sell or distribute counterfeit goods, weapons, illegal products, or unapproved alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or controlled substances.

I understand that insurance requirements may vary based on my vendor category, products, services, equipment, vehicles, cooking methods, demonstrations, or other operational risks. I understand that a Certificate of Insurance alone may not satisfy TMF's additional-insured requirements. I agree to maintain all required insurance coverage through my approved dates and provide updated documentation upon request. I understand that TMF may suspend or revoke approval if required coverage expires, is cancelled, or otherwise fails to meet applicable requirements.

I understand that payment is due according to the instructions provided after conditional approval and/or bundle selection. Failure to provide required payment or documentation may result in loss of a conditional reservation. I understand that TMF may request additional information, references, photographs, or documentation before final confirmation.

I certify that all information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge, and I agree to notify TigerMountain Foundation if any material information changes before my approved particiation date(s).
