We are selecting a small group of people to use Flavin+ for thirty days before it goes on sale.
Tell us the truth about it.

Flavin+ is built on cannflavins, a rare class of plant flavonoids. Our formulation contains no cannabinoids of any kind: no CBD, no THC, no CBG. That is a deliberate choice and part of what makes this different from anything else you have tried.

What the thirty days involve

A tincture, taken daily. We will ask you to take it at approximately the same time each day and to be consistent,
because inconsistent use makes your feedback much harder for us to interpret.
A short daily log — two or three minutes. Whether you took it, when, and anything you noticed. When we do
your formal intake we will explain the process.
One longer check-in each week — about ten minutes.
A closing conversation at the end of the thirty days.

That is approximately two hours of your time across a month, most of it in very small increments of time. Daily logging is a requirement and only people able to commit to daily logging will be considered. Please be honest with yourself about about the time commitment before you apply.

What we need is honesty, including the unflattering kind. If it does nothing for you, we want to know. If the taste is wrong, the dropper is awkward, or you forgot it for four days, we want to know that too. Nothing you receive depends on your feedback being positive, and we will never ask you to change what you wrote.

Some panelist feedback will be used in our marketing. Joining the panel does not require you to agree to that, it is a separate choice at the end of this form.

Some panelists may be invited/selected to participate in marketing.

5. 30 day Commitment

Thirty days of daily logging is a real ask. Please be realistic rather than optimistic — an honest "probably not" here is more useful to us than a dropout on day nine.

I understand this is a product feedback panel, not a clinical trial or medical study, and that nothing
I experience should be treated as medical evidence.
I understand I should not stop, reduce, or change any medication or treatment because of this panel,
and that I should speak with my own doctor about any health decision.
I understand I am receiving product at no cost, and that if I post about it publicly I must disclose that clearly.
I understand nothing I receive is conditioned on my feedback being favorable, and that I am free to say it
