WULOP is the World Universal League of Permeant Makeup. It is the largest and most respected world tournament for Permeant Makeup artists and masters. Every year, over 60 countries hold their Semi-Final competitions, and the 5 winners of each category got to Turkey to compete against the best in the world to be crowned as the best PMU artist for their technique.

We have some of the best artists and masters coming to Dubai to compete for United Arab Emirates from around the world, and they will need models.

IMPORTANT - Only choose areas you have NEVER had permenant makeup on before. This is a competition, with the best artists in the world, and the rules will not allow them to do an area that has had previous work done. Even it's been 10 years and laser removed.

While 1 procedure will take 2 hours and 15 minutes, you'll need to be available for an hour after for the judges to examine the work of the artist.

If one of our world class PMU artists selects you, they will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange the details of the time and treatment, but the day will always be September 13th. The WULOP organization acts only to match artists with models, and we do no coordination between either party.

I understand I need to be available for 3.5 hours on September 13. The exact time will be determined 1 week before the event.
