I have read and agree to comply with the following parade rules:

I understand that my organization must follow all official parade staging and safety instructions.
I understand that our parade entry must provide at least one volunteer Parade Marshal.
I understand that candy cannot be thrown during the parade and must instead be handed out by participants walking the parade route.
I understand that float participants may not mount or dismount from floats during the parade.
I understand that nothing other than candy may be distributed from floats.
I understand that all motorized vehicle drivers must possess a valid driver's license.
I understand that motorized vehicles may not perform tire burnouts, fishtail, drift, or spin out.
I understand that vehicles with hydraulics may not allow their tires to leave the ground.
I understand that alcohol and glassware are prohibited.
If my entry involves animals, I understand that appropriate cleanup/manure catchers are required.
I agree to follow all applicable City of Oklahoma City Parade Guidelines.

Waiver & Release

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, the above-named entrant intends to be legally bound, waives and releases any and all OKCMLK Holiday Parade or OKC MLK Alliance sponsors, board members, staff, volunteers, and any co-sponsors or their respective representatives from any and all rights and claims for damages arising out of any accident, injuries, or illnesses suffered in this event regardless of how such may arise and even if such is caused by negligence of those parties. Furthermore, full permission is granted to all the aforementioned to use names, photographs, videotapes, and any recordings of anyone participating in this event for any purposes without obligation or liability to the Alliance.
