All accepted abstracts for the 5th Annual KSA ID Week will be presented in the form of electronic posters (e-posters) only.
The committee will select outstanding abstracts to be presented orally as part of the conference main scientific program.
The presenting author must be registered and have completed payment in order for the abstract to be presented and published in the official program.
Submitted abstracts are final and cannot be modified or withdrawn after submission.
Detailed specifications for preparing the e-poster will be provided upon acceptance.
Presenting authors will receive a discount on the registration fee, and a promo code will be sent via email upon acceptance of the abstract.
