  • Compensation: Base $2,000/month + 5% Commission OTE: $150,000+

The Role

We're hiring a Travel Sales Closer to handle inbound leads—no cold calls, no chasing. You’ll connect with pre-qualified prospects who’ve either booked a call or filled out an inquiry about our packages. Your mission: close them on the right travel experience and get them booked.

This is a sales role for someone who knows how to build rapport fast, paint a picture, and close high-ticket packages with confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Follow up with warm leads (via phone or text) who have expressed strong interest.

  • Learn our unique offerings and match guests with the right package.

  • Close deals ranging from $2.5K–$20K in value.

  • Manage your pipeline and follow-up process using our CRM.

  • Hit (and exceed) monthly revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Travel Industry Experience – You’ve sold travel, tours, or luxury packages before

  • High-Ticket Sales Background – You’ve confidently closed deals between $3K–$20K+

  • Multi-Call Sales Cycle – You’re used to nurturing prospects across 2–4 touchpoints before the sale

  • Pipeline Proficiency – You know your way around a CRM and keep deals organized, moving, and hot

  • Closer’s Mindset – You're confident, persuasive, and know how to lead a prospect to a decision

  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Phone, Zoom, text—you build rapport fast and handle objections like a pro

  • 1+ year of experience in luxury travel/high ticket sales
