INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT

• Please provide proof of address/ID with current address, AND proof of children you are registering (up to 10) 

• Walk-Ins for folks who are NOT pre-registered will only be allowed to come on on the last day of distribution, if toys/items still remain

• Registration does not guarantee that you will be able to receive toys

• Time Slots for registration must be honored

• If at all possible, we encourage you to keep your child(ren) at home. Our hope is that you can choose gifts without them present to see the choices you have made

• Focused (Ages 0-14), cannot guarantee gifts or gift cards for children ages 15+

• Priority will be given to those who have family affected by incarceration and registered

I grant permission to the host/or Development teams to use photographs and videos taken of me in print publications or in electronic forms or media, and to offer them for use or distribution in other publications, electronic or otherwise, without notifying me. I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Prosperity Rose, its agents or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs.
