I, [Guest Name] ("Lessee") hereby acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines and terms associated with utilizing the BiZ Flex (Drop In) Pass and Conference Meeting Room at The BiZ Lounge:

• I understand that the BiZ Flex Pass caters to freelancers and remote workers who desire flexibility. It allows individuals to drop-in as needed with access to open seating areas, cafe, and standard amenities.

• I understand use of the Conference Meeting room is also available, but at an additional cost that must be reserved; it seats up to six (6) people.

• I understand that as a flex member, there may be lessees who have reserved spaces in advance. I will respect these reservations and refrain from occupying reserved spaces unless otherwise directed by The BiZ Lounge staff.

• I agree not to leave any belongings unattended on the premises during my drop-in visit. I will ensure that the workspace area remains clean and tidy before leaving.

• I acknowledge that open drinks and foods are restricted in areas designated as high production or common areas. I will consume food and beverages only in designated areas and ensure that any waste is properly disposed of. 

• I understand that no data or information should be saved on any devices provided by The BiZ Lounge during my drop-in visit. I also acknowledge that The BiZ Lounge addresses cannot be listed on any materials for events exceeding the duration of my drop-in visit.

• While I acknowledge the prevalence of video and streaming activities, I agree to restrict my recordings to business matters and individuals directly relevant to me. I understand and respect the privacy and security concerns of all lessees at The BiZ Lounge

• I understand that the guest pass provided to me is restricted to myself and cannot be transferred to another representative of my company. I acknowledge that identification may be required for flex membership.

• Normal business access hours are 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri) and 10am - 4pm (Sat). No after hours access is allowed with this rental.

• Video surveillance equipment is used on premises 24 hours to ensure that employees, customers, and company-owned assets are kept secure from theft, vandalism, and other forms of misconduct. Should unlawful activity be discovered, the recordings captured by video surveillance equipment will be used to the fullest extent of the law—including the possibility of disclosure to authorized third parties. Video surveillance equipment will not be used in areas where employees and customers have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as bathrooms, changing rooms, and other private areas. Where video surveillance equipment is used the equipment will be made clearly visible and there will be notices indicating the presence of the equipment.
