Dear Director and Educators,

Your experience in the classroom offers powerful insight into how young children develop the social and emotional foundations for learning.

The Power of the Early Years

Resilience does not begin in response to challenge. It begins much earlier!

It develops as children come to understand who they are, how they feel, and how to engage with others and their environment.

Early childhood educators play a vital role in shaping these foundations. Through everyday interactions, play, and intentional teaching, children begin to develop the skills that support both learning and life, including confidence, emotional awareness, self-regulation, relationships, and a strong sense of belonging.

This short survey invites you to share your professional observations and experiences in supporting children’s social and emotional development in the early years.

The survey takes approximately 2–3 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and there are no right or wrong answers, only valuable insights from your practice.

Thank you so much for taking a moment to share your insights. Your experience plays an important role in shaping how we support children to thrive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your insights contribute to a deeper understanding of early years practices.

Your responses are anonymous. I would love to send you the free resources to use in your teaching practise. Please leave your name and email address.

Thank you again

Lynne
