Your BEST-BOX Experience

Your appointment will typically last 45-60 minutes and includes:

--A conversation with your practitioner

--A 2-minute non-invasive bioenergetic initial scan

--A review of your scan results

--A personalized harmonization session utilizing photobiomodulation, infrared B heat, and electromagnetic frequencies

--Review of the results of your harmonization

--Time for questions and discussion

Safety Acknowledgement and Release of Liability

Our goal is to provide every client with a safe, welcoming, and professional experience while visiting the Equine Wisdom Institute. We believe that transparency is an important part of building trust, so we ask that you carefully review the following information before participating in your BEST-BOX experience.

Although your BEST-BOX session is non-invasive and may not involve direct interaction with horses, appointments are currently held at the H.O.O.V.E.S. Sanctuary & Healing Center, an active equine facility. As with any working farm, there are inherent risks associated with being on the property.

Please read the following Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability carefully.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that my BEST-BOX experience is provided by the Equine Wisdom Institute (EWI) utilizing EquusIR technology.

I understand that my appointment is currently taking place at the H.O.O.V.E.S. Sanctuary & Healing Center, which is an active equine facility. While my BEST-BOX session may not require direct interaction with horses, I acknowledge that being present on the property carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Uneven terrain
Slips, trips, and falls
Horses and other animals
Agricultural equipment
Gates, fencing, and farm structures
Weather conditions
Insects and wildlife

I agree to remain in designated public areas unless accompanied by an authorized staff member and to follow all posted rules and safety instructions while on the property.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in BEST-BOX services and with entering the H.O.O.V.E.S. property where those services are currently offered.

Release of Liability

In consideration of receiving services from the Equine Wisdom Institute, I voluntarily release and hold harmless:

Any current or future BEST-BOX practitioners, facilitators, instructors, contractors, employees, interns, volunteers, officers, directors, board members, representatives, successors, and assigns associated with the organizations listed above

from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my participation in BEST-BOX services or my presence on the property, except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Emergency Medical Care

In the event of a medical emergency during my visit, I authorize staff to contact emergency medical services on my behalf.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
