The full implementation of the UM Mastery For Nurses Program requires hiring Expert Instructors, acquiring access to the UM software for training, a team behind-the-scenes working on the ins/outs, partnerships for the Apprenticeship, and other benefits. As a result, to help all enrollees receive the most savings we have chosen the Cohort Savings Plan Model for this year. The session will start once a minimum of 65 enrollees up to a maximum of 100 enrollees have been finalized to fulfill all the requirements for implementation.
