SECTION 3: Our UNIQUE 4-Part Pricing Model (if you select a VA)

Our transparent, flexible and very fair, 4-part pricing model makes us TRULY UNIQUE in the industry. However, because it's so different, we want to ensure you understand and agree to it before scheduling a time to chat to us. However, if you have questions to clarify how it works, please schedule a call in the next step.

SETUP FEE: The Setup fee will be due once we have spoken to you and feel confident we can match your requirements and expectations. Please Indicate that you will be willing to pay a Setup Fee *

SUPPORT FEE: Are you OK paying a monthly ($49, $79, or $99) support fee, which is what we as a company make monthly for supporting you (our paying client), and the VA (our servicing client with virtual culture, team events, trainings, etc) - DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY VA HOURS - YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY THE VA FOR HOURS WORKED (See Service Fee) *

YES - I am willing to pay $49 a month if my VA works for me 1 hours per day

YES - I am willing to pay $79 a month if my VA works for me 2-4 hours per day

YES - I am willing to pay $99 a month if my VA works for me 4+ hours per day

NO - I am not able/willing to pay a SUPPORT Fee. (if you select this option, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED - we can not help you.)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require all clients to pay us a FULLY refundable security deposit. This ensures we can pay our VAs on time IF you delay the payment. This allows us to attract quality and experienced VAs because they know we have their backs. *

YES - I'm willing to pay a refundable security deposit of $100 if my VA is working 1-2 hrs a day

YES - I'm willing to pay a refundable security deposit of $250 if my VA is working 2-4 hrs a day

YES - I'm willing to pay a refundable security deposit of $500 if VA works 4+ a day.

NO - I am not able/willing to pay a SECURITY fee. (if you select this option, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED - we can not help you.)

SERVICE FEE: Once hired, your VA(s) will invoice you mid-month and end of month. The number of hours worked X their hour rate. This includes meetings times, time they spend learning new software to support you. (Note: Payment to your VA is different from the Support Fee we charge) - You will be required to pay via a service like Veem.com or Wise.com (better than paypal). *

YES: I agree to pay my virtual assistant 1-5 days after receiving their invoice

NO: I will NOT pay my virtual assistant within 1-5 days of receiving their invoice (if you select this option, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED - we can not help you.)
