I like following a plan, but I'm flexible to adapt if there is a better way.
I prefer to have some specific coaching and a tailored plan based on that.
I am confident following a plan and would like a check-in every week or couple of weeks.
I need a plan and I stick to it no matter what.
Do you currently have any running experience?

Yes, I've run up to 5k before.
Yes, I've run a 10k before.
Yes, I've Run a 1/2 or full marathon before (or more!).
I dont have much running experience.
