We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to follow up with high-intent inbound leads generated from paid advertising. These leads have actively expressed interest in aesthetic treatments and elective procedures, including Botox, fillers, and cosmetic treatments.

The core responsibility of this role is to call leads immediately upon form submission, qualify interest, and set consultations. This is a high-volume calling role requiring confidence, speed, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call inbound leads immediately after form submission

  • Handle 70+ outbound calls per day

  • Qualify leads and assess treatment interest

  • Answer basic questions about aesthetic treatments and procedures

  • Book consultations or move leads to the appropriate next step

  • Manage and update lead statuses accurately within the CRM

  • Follow scripts, workflows, and automation while maintaining a natural conversation style

  • Use our CRM and SaaS calling platform to manage follow-ups and activity

  • Maintain clean notes and proper pipeline hygiene

Compensation

  • Base monthly salary: $500 – $1,000 USD, depending on experience and performance

  • Commission: Paid per consultation booked

    • Ranges from $5 to $50 per consult, depending on the treatment of interest

  • Commission is performance-based and uncapped

  • Consistent inbound lead flow provided

Required Qualifications

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level required)

    • Clear communication with little to no accent

  • Experience with aesthetics or cosmetic treatments is required, including familiarity with Botox, fillers, or elective procedures

  • Prior sales and/or cold calling experience

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment

  • Strong understanding of CRM management, including lead statuses and follow-up tracking

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
