Do Not Touch or Move Yard Cards: Please do not sit on, stand on, remove, or relocate the yard cards. If adjustments are needed, contact us directly.
Safety Notice: For the safety of all, do not allow children or others to play on or around the lawn display.
Decorations: Do not attach balloons, streamers, or any other items to the yard cards.
Property Ownership: All signs remain the property of Sign Me Up LLC.
Damage & Loss: Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to yard cards at a rate of $20 per card.
Lawn Maintenance: Please ensure your lawn is freshly mowed prior to installation. If you use a lawn care service, schedule their visit before the yard card setup. Lawn equipment can damage the display, and rentrenter will be held responsible for any resulting damage ($20 per card).
Photo Release: By using Sign Me Up LLC, you grant permission for us to photograph your yard card display and use the images for promotional purposes.
Business Signage: You also agree to allow us to place a small business sign in your yard, positioned away from the main display, for advertising purposes.
Liability Waiver: By renting from Sign Me Up LLC, you agree to indemnify the company and its representatives against any injury or property damage that may occur during your rental period. Likewise, we indemnify you in the event of injury to our staff during setup or removal.
