I understand and agree that any vehicle sourced through this program is sold strictly "As-Is" and unrepaired, with no dealer warranties unless I opt into a paid dealer repair program. I accept full financial responsibility for any future mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic repairs, detailing, or maintenance the vehicle may require immediately upon delivery.

I agree to the Non-Refundable Deposit Terms:

I understand that a $500 deposit is required to begin the auction sourcing process. If the dealer successfully wins a vehicle matching my specified criteria and budget, this deposit applies to the purchase price. If I change my mind, walk away from the deal, or cannot make up my mind after a matching vehicle has been won, I explicitly agree that this deposit is non-refundable to cover auction penalties and dealer time.
