1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that during the Steamoji Birthday Party, my child may participate in activities involving (but not limited to):

• Use of crafting tools (scissors, hot glue, etc.)

• 3D pens and 3D printers

• Light physical movement or games

I acknowledge that while Steamoji staff prioritize safety, these activities involve inherent risks, including minor cuts and scrapes, falls, allergic reactions, and other unforeseen incidents.

I willingly allow my child to participate and accept all associated risks.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for my child’s participation, I hereby release and hold harmless Steamoji, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or actions arising from:

• Injuries (physical or emotional)

• Accidental damage to personal belongings

• Participation in any activities during the event

I agree that this release applies to any claims of negligence, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

3. Medical Treatment Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Steamoji staff to:

• Provide basic first aid

• Contact emergency services

• Seek medical treatment for my child if needed

I acknowledge that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

4. Allergies & Special Conditions

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Steamoji staff of any conditions that may impact my child’s participation.

5. Behavior & Supervision

I understand that:

• Steamoji maintains a safe and respectful environment.

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in my child being removed from the activity.

• No refunds will be issued for dismissal due to behavior.

6. Drop-off & Pick-up Acknowledgment

• I agree to pick up my child promptly at the designated end time.

• Only authorized individuals may pick up my child.
