Tip 1 - Answer as you ARE, not as you want to be.

This isn't a job interview. Nobody's grading you. The more honest you are, the more accurate your results will be. Answer based on what you actually do, not what you wish you did.

Tip 2 - Avoid the middle on scale questions.

When you see a 1-5 or 1-10 scale, resist the urge to pick the neutral option every time. The middle is the safe answer, but it tells us nothing about you. If something resonates even a little more one way, go that direction. Lean in.

Tip 3 - Go with your first instinct.

Don't overthink it. Your gut answer is usually the most accurate one. The more you second-guess yourself, the more your results drift away from who you really are.

Tip 4 - There are no right or wrong answers.

Seriously. This assessment isn't measuring how good of a person you are. It's measuring how you think, lead, and operate. Every result has strengths. Own yours.

Tip 5 - Set aside 10-15 uninterrupted minutes.

Don't rush through this between meetings or with the TV on. Treat it like a real investment in yourself. A little focused attention now gives you clarity you can actually use.

Income-producing = prospecting, presenting, following up, or closing. Actual days worked, not days you intended to work.
