Artist Agreement *

I acknowledge that by agreeing to the Artist Terms and Conditions at the link the above, 440 Artists will have exclusive digital distribution rights for the music and video content I submit during the term, including an initial one year period with automatic renewal unless I give proper notice.

This allows 440 Artists to exclusively distribute the music and videos you submit during the term.

Membership Payment Authorization *

By checking this box, I acknowledge and authorize payment of the applicable annual registration fee for my approved tier and understand that the term renews automatically unless I provide notice at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
