This application is the first step in a process, not a formality. Answer every question in full sentences. In the interest of clarity, keep each to 250-300 words. If you cannot articulate your answer within that range, keep writing until you can, then edit. Incomplete answers, one-line responses, or novels will not be reviewed. There are no right answers, just honest ones.

1. Who are you, and what do you do?
Not your bio or your LinkedIn headline. Tell me about the work you're actually doing in the world right now, who you do it for, and what it means to you.
2. What brought you here today?
Something shifted, or something stopped working, or something became undeniable. What is it? Be specific. Vague or spiritually fluffy answers don't help either of us.
3. Where is your business right now, and where are you trying to go?
Revenue, structure, what's working, what isn't. The clearer you are, the more useful this will be.
4. What have you already tried?
Coaches, programs, strategies, pivots. What have you invested in, what moved the needle, and what didn't, and why do you think that is?
5. What do you believe is the real reason you haven't gotten there?
Not the surface answer...the one you don't admit out loud.
6. What is your relationship with money right now?
In your business specifically. Revenue, pricing, what you charge versus what you believe your work is worth, where you're leaving it on the table. Be honest.
7. Which container are you drawn to, and why?
The Diagnostic Session, The Remodel, The Empire Architecture. Tell me which one you're considering, and what's drawing you there. If you are unsure, say so and tell me why you are unsure.
8. What would need to be true 6 months from now for you to consider this is the best investment you've ever made?
Be specific. Outcomes, not feelings, or generalities.
9. What are you most afraid this process will reveal?
This one matters, dig deep.
10. Is there anything you want me to know that these questions didn't ask?
