  1. I understand this course is about multiplying disciples among the lost and unreached. I am ready to learn and apply practical principles to multiply disciples of Jesus.

  2. I understand that as part of the course, to receive a certificate, I am required to participate in bi-weekly Zoom or WhatsApp calls to review content and in 4 extra Disciple Makers Group Practice calls.

  3. I agree to join and participate in the course's WhatsApp group for communication and updates.

  4. I understand that there is a small fee charged for the course and agree to pay it by the specified deadline.
