Acknowledgment of Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of Digital Empire Agency, LLC. I acknowledge and agree that:

• This agreement is effective as of the date of my electronic signature and constitutes a legally binding contract.

• I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of myself or the business I represent (if applicable).

• I understand all payments are due upfront, that all sales are final, and that no refunds will be issued once services begin.

• I agree to provide necessary approvals, content, access, and timely communication to support service delivery.

• I understand that delays caused by me may result in extended timelines or paused services without refund.

• I acknowledge that performance outcomes are not guaranteed and that the Agency is not responsible for third-party platform limitations or disruptions.

• I consent to the use of non-confidential project content in the Agency’s portfolio unless I request otherwise in writing.

• I agree to receive service-related communication via email and SMS and understand that my data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• I understand this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and that disputes will be resolved in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Service Agreement.

• I acknowledge that my electronic signature below has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature under applicable law.
