Pet Violations

3. The following will result in a Violation (if not corrected within the 60-day probation period, can result in an eviction):

Pets must remain in the owners’/individuals' room when not home.
Owners are allowed to have their pets outside of their rooms when home alone.
Owners must monitor their pets while outside of their room.
It is the responsibility of the owner/individual to clean up after their pets.
The owner/individual is responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
If an individual owns a pet before moving into a GHH Residence, all residents should be made aware and agree to have a pet in their home.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED in common areas within the house when guests are in the house.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED on furniture purchased by GHH.
Pet owners are responsible for the pet deposit prior to moving in. (If GHH is renting a home, agreement must be made with the landlord) Please Initial:

Not completing or submitting documentation for agreed-upon goals
Failure to do monthly contract meetings and accomplishing previous goals set
Failure to meet with GHH staff for weekly meetings

GHH has in place a Housing Specialist who oversees and monitors the physical day-to-day operations and activities in the home. His/Her role is to be the initial “go-to” person for ALL of the residents. The Housing Specialist is onsite to help navigate or resolve any immediate requests, concerns, or grievances a resident might have. The Housing Specialist works closely with the Peer Mentors and Upper Management to keep things running smoothly in the home. Failure to respect the role of the Housing Specialist is clear a violation of the house rules Please Initial:
