1. Proofread All Content
Typos on main pages could make our sites seem unprofessional and untrustworthy. Please read through all copy throughout the website on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile before launch. Look out for the following when proofreading:
Spelling, Grammar, and Typos
Working Links within the copy
Alt Text within Images
Consistent and Relevant Headings
Consistent Font Styles and Colors
2. Make sure Name, Address & Phone (NAP) consistent and clearly visable throught website

3a. Google Analytics Connection
Website Pre-Launch Checklist: Create a Google Analytics Property for the website within SWFLMC's Admin Portal and install code onto website. Please follow the steps below and mark complete as you go.
Login to the SWFLMC Google Account with Username:

and Password: Flowers1537!@
Navigate to Google Analytics and toggle into Admin mode at the bottom left of the screen.
Click 'Create Property' in the top center of the screen and add relevant information. Business Name, Industry Category, Business Size, How we will use analytics (just mark every category except 'other' here).
Choose 'Web' as the appropriate application, add the website URL, Name the Stream 'Website' and Create the Stream.
Copy the 'Measurement ID' from the top right on the screen and navigate to the website editor.
Within the website editor click 'Settings' > 'Google Analytics' and paste the copied Measurement Code here.
3b. Google Search Console Connection
Website Pre-Launch Checklist: Create a Google Search Console Property for the website within SWFLMC's Admin Portal and add new DNS setting in website domain host portal. Please follow the steps below and mark complete as you go.
Navigate to Google Search Console Dashboard and click 'Get Started'
If you are not already logged in to the SWFLMC account you can do so now with Username:

Click the dropdown in the top left of the screen under 'Google Search Console' then 'Add Property' at the bottom of the list.
Enter website domain and in this format, www.xxx.com, and click 'Continue'
Follow the Instructions provided by Google Search Console to Verify Domain Ownership

4. Privacy Policy Installation
Privacy Policy Page. We want to assure our clients' users that the personal information they provide is not accessible by third parties. Please follow the steps below to install the privacy policy and check off the steps as you go.
Navigate into the SWFLMC website editor, enter the App Store and install the Usercentrics free plan; run and complete setup.
Navigate to the footer of the website and click '+Add Section' at the very bottom, then click 'Team Sections' in the top left, scroll down to SWFLMC Footer, and add section.
Click Pages in the website editor and create a blank page titled 'Privacy Policy' and hide it in navigation on all platforms.
Click '+Add Section' > 'Team Sections' then scroll down to add the 'Privacy Policy'. Delete the blank row above the Privacy Policy, and hide the header on all platforms.
Scroll down to the footer, highlight the 'Privacy Policy' text, and change the hyperlink to the correct domain name, leaving/privacy-policy as the slug.
Hide the Footer on this page. Privacy Policy installed!
5. Cookie Policy Installation
Cookie Policy Installation. We need to inform our clients' users that the personal information they provide is being used to make their online experience better in relation to our website. Please follow the steps below to install the privacy policy and check off the steps as you go.
Navigate into the SWFLMC website editor and create a blank page titled 'Cookie Policy' and hide it in navigation on all platforms.
Click '+Add Section' > 'Team Sections' then scroll down to add the 'Cookie Policy'
Delete the blank row above the Cookie Policy, and hide the header on all platforms.
Scroll down to the footer, highlight the 'Cookie Policy' text, and change the hyperlink to the correct domain name, leaving/cookie-policy as the slug.

6. Conditions of Use
Conditions of Use Installation. We need to inform our clients' users of the conditions of use for our website. Please follow the steps below to install the Conditions of Use and check off the steps as you go.
Navigate to the SWFLMC Website Editor, duplicate the 'Cookie Policy' page, and title the new page 'Conditions of Use'.
Hide the new page in navigation on all platforms, then click '+Add Section' > 'Team Sections' and scroll down to the 'Conditions of Use' section. Add this section, then delete the 'Cookie Policy' section.
Navigate to the home page and scroll to the footer. Highlight the 'Conditions of Use' text in the footer and change the hyperlink to correct the domain name, leaving/conditions-of-use as the slug.

7. Notice and Take Down Policy
Notice and Take Down Policy Installation. We need to inform our clients' users any harmful or abusive language will be removed from the website as per our policy. Please follow the steps below to install the Notice and Takedown Policy and check off the steps as you go.
Navigate to the SWFLMC Website Editor, duplicate the 'Cookie Policy' page, and title the new page 'Notice and Takedown Policy'.
Hide the new page in navigation on all platforms, then click '+Add Section' > 'Team Sections' and scroll down to the 'Notice and Takedown Policy' section. Add this section, then delete the 'Cookie Policy' section.
Navigate to the home page and scroll to the footer. Highlight the 'Notice and Takedown Policy' text in the footer and change the hyperlink to correct the domain name, leaving/notice-and-take-down-policy as the slug.

8. Website Accessibility Policy
Website Pre-Launch Checklist: Accessibility Policy Installation. We want to assure our clients' users that ADA pursuant and making every attempt to be considerate of differently abled people. Please follow the steps below to install the accessibility policy and check off the steps as you go.
Navigate into the SWFLMC website editor, enter the App Store and install the Accessibility by Userway App.
Login to Gmail with
[email protected]
, Password: SWFLmedia123! and copy the verification code sent from the app. Enter the verification code.
Change the icon color to a color that fits with the website color scheme and click 'Save Settings'.
Scroll up and Click the second tab, 'Accessibility Statement' and fill out the form with the clients name, organization, and website, but use our agency phone number (239) 341-6086 .and email address

then click 'Generate Accessibility Statement.
Navigate back to Gmail, logged in as
[email protected]
and open the email from Userway with the Accessibility Statement. Download the attached HTML file and copy the text.
Navigate to the SWFLMC Website Editor, duplicate the 'Cookie Policy' page, and title the new page 'Accessibility'.
Hide the new page in navigation on all platforms, then paste the text you copied from the Userway email into the new page in place of the Cookie Policy information.
Navigate to the home page and scroll to the footer. Highlight the 'Website Accessibility Policy' text in the footer and change the hyperlink to the correct domain name, leaving /accessibility as the slug.
Create a new folder page in the website editor and Title it Admin. Hide the folder page on all platforms and add each of the policy pages you just created into the admin folder.
Accessibility Policy Installed and finished with admin pages!
9. Website Settings Check & Page SEO
Navigate into the Settings section of the website editor and go through each category to ensure the website is complete and ready to launch.
Site Icons: add Favicon, Social Networks Image, and Home Screen Icon.
Site URL & SSL: make sure the URL is set correctly and the SSL has been installed.
SEO: add Site Title and Site Description.
All others items should be good to go but let Adam know if you see anything weird here. Settings setup complete!
Navigate to each page of the website and audit SEO per page.
Home page: add Page Title, Page Description, and Social Networks Images.
About Us page: add Page Title, Page Description, and Social Networks Images.
All Services/Products pages: add Page Title, Page Description, and Social Networks Images.
Gallery page: add Page Title, Page Description, and Social Networks Images.
Reviews Page: add Page Title, Page Description, and Social Networks Images.
Contact Page: add Page Title, Page Description, and Social Networks Images.
All Additional Pages: add Page Title, Page Description, and Social Networks Images.
