Healthcare professionals from the GCC and beyond are invited to submit abstracts for oral and E-poster presentations at the 3rd Annual Geriatric Medicine Conference 2025, held 02–03 May 2026 in Riyadh. Share your research or clinical insights on wide range of topics in infection prevention and control.
Delegates who would like to present their work at the 3rd Annual Geriatric Medicine Conference, Riyadh 2026 as an oral or poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract for consideration by the Scientific Committee.
Oral presentations are accepted on a wide range of topics in geriatric care.
Oral presentations provide an opportunity for authors to present their findings/papers live during a designated slot within the Scientific Program.
The abstract text may be no longer than 3,000 characters (including spaces and punctuation).
Each oral presentation is maximum 10-15 minutes.
Please ensure your abstract does not contain spelling, grammar, or scientific mistakes, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted. Linguistic accuracy is your responsibility. No proofreading will be done.
All accepted abstracts will be presented in the form of electronic posters (e-posters) only.
Presenting authors of oral or poster abstracts will receive free registration upon acceptance of their abstract.
The co-author must be registered and have completed payment in order for the abstract to be presented and published.
The abstract should be structured into the following sections:
A title which clearly indicates the nature of the investigation
An introduction should contain 1-3 sentences that clearly indicate the scientific question of the study and its clinical (or other) importance
Methods should contain sufficient information to be able to understand the experimental design, the analytical techniques and the statistics used in the study
Results should contain objective data to answer the scientific question(s).
Conclusions should provide only conclusions of the study directly supported by the results, along with implications for clinical practice, avoiding speculation and overgeneralization.
The deadline for abstract submission is 18 April 2026.
Notification of acceptance will be sent via email after the committee reviewing.
Any extension to the submission deadline, if recommended by the scientific committee, will be communicated through official website, email and social media channels
The submitting authors will be notified at the email address. If your abstract is accepted, you will be requested to be available for discussion during the corresponding poster viewing session.
Once submitted, abstracts cannot be modified or withdrawn.

Your abstract should provide a concise overview of your research, including the objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusion. The content must be clear, well-structured, and written in English.
