Normal = arms to ground (0 degrees)

Limited = anything greater (10 degrees in the video. limited)

Shoulder external:
Normal = Forearm to the ground (90 degrees)
Limited = Anything greater (40 degrees in the video very limited)

Shoulder internal:
Normal = Forearm 45 degrees
Limited = Anything Less (40 degrees in the video. limited)

Normal = 45 degrees or greater (50 degrees right side in video, normal)

Limited = Less than 45 degrees (40 degrees left side limited)

Normal = Horizontal or below (0 degrees)
Limited = Above horizontal (right side is 5-10 degrees in video. Limited)

Normal = 90 degrees or less

Hip Internal Rotation:
