If Find determines at their absolute discretion that the Service cannot be efficiently provided, they will contact you to discuss whether there are alternative options available to you.

In simple terms, if you are a Find Card Business Partner of Find, you will be provided the services from Find.
To the extent of any inconsistency between this letter and the Find Card's Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the terms of this letter will apply.
You acknowledge and agree that a collaborative approach is required which will mean that your time, effort and commitment (your Responsibilities) is required to enable Find to provide the Service to you. Find may terminate the Service if Find determines that you are unable or unwilling to perform your Responsibilities.
By accepting this proposal, you agree that the Service is provided by Find and as such Find will not be liable to you (or any other person) in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any loss you suffer (including for loss of information and data as set out in our Terms of Use) or damage resulting directly or indirectly, from Find provision of the Service to you.
In order to proceed with the Service, please confirm your agreement with the conditions herein by accepting this proposal.
