The Role

We’re seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Parks Maintenance Team. This team plays a vital role in keeping our outdoor parks clean, safe, and enjoyable for the community. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for nature and public spaces, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance such as mowing, trimming, raking, and litter removal

  • Inspect park facilities and playground equipment for safety hazards

  • Assist with landscaping, planting, and seasonal park preparation

  • Repair or report damaged benches, fencing, signs, or other amenities

  • Clean restrooms and ensure sanitation supplies are stocked

  • Operate light equipment such as leaf blowers, mowers, and utility vehicles

  • Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner

  • Support special events setup and takedown when required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance is a plus

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
