The Role

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests, take drink orders and craft a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages—cocktails, beer, wine, and more .

  • Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local and state laws .

  • Suggest beverages and upsell specials to enhance guest experience.

  • Operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately .

  • Maintain bar cleanliness—stock glassware, garnishes, and supplies; perform opening/closing duties .

  • Monitor inventory and alert management when supplies are low .

  • Support peers, including barbacks and servers, to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; bartending certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) a plus .

  • 1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment (or equivalent training).

  • Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and flavor profiles .

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure .

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, with a polished appearance.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
