Because your electric usage is close to the qualification threshold, or you may be enrolled in a discount program, we need to verify eligibility before scheduling the assessment. Please upload a photo of the electric usage bar graph from your utility bill or a picture of your most recent electric usage page. This information is required to confirm eligibility before the assessment can be completed.

The program administrator will look at your electrical panel, as well as your past 12 months of electrical usage to determine eligibility.

We require all title holders are available and present for the assessment.

The program administrator will need to access your electrical panel as well as your electricity usage from the past 12 months / your online utility account.

Assessments are scheduled in TWO HOUR ARRIVAL WINDOWS. Meaning if you schedule a 10:00am assessment, expect the program administrator to arrive between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
