*Please know, if you have to bring cash to closing, the firm will only accept wire transfers to it's trust account for all monies required in this closing. (Personal checks, "official checks", counter checks, and certified checks CANNOT be accepted.)


** Due to the overwhelming number of fraudulent cashier's checks circulating in Florida, all cash-to-close funds must be tendered in the form of a wire transfer.


***WIRE FRAUD ADVISORY:  Wire fraud and email hacking/phishing attacks in real estate closings are on the rise.  If you have an escrow or closing transaction with us and you receive an email containing Wire transfer Instructions, please call our company using previously known contact information (and not information provided in the email) to verify the wire instructions prior to sending funds.
