Upload Your Letter of Incorporation
As part of your platform account setup, we need a copy of your Letter of Incorporation (also known as Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Incorporation). This document verifies your business as a legally registered entity and is required to complete your account activation.
What we accept: A copy of your official incorporation document as filed with your state or province. This may be titled Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Incorporation, or Certificate of Formation depending on your state, province, and business structure.
Upload Your ID / Driver's License
As part of your platform account setup, we require a copy of your government-issued ID or driver's license. This is needed to verify your identity and activate your account. Without it, we won't be able to move forward with your onboarding.
What we accept: A clear photo or scan of your valid, unexpired government-issued ID — this can be a driver's license, state ID, or passport.
Upload Your DBA Documentation (If Applicable)
If your business operates under a name that is different from your legal entity name, you'll need to upload your DBA (Doing Business As) documentation as part of your account setup. This is required to properly configure your platform account and ensure your business name displays correctly across your campaigns and communications.
What qualifies as DBA documentation? A copy of your DBA certificate, fictitious business name filing, or trade name registration issued by your state or county.
Domain Access

Google My Businesss
To manage your online presence and optimize your campaigns, our team needs manager access to your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business). Please follow the steps below to add us as a manager.
How to grant manager access:
Go to business.google.com and sign in with the Google account that owns your business profile.
Select your business if you manage more than one location.
Click on the "Business Profile Settings" option in the left-hand menu (or tap the three-dot menu on mobile).
Select "Managers" or "People and Access."
Click the "Add" button.
Enter the following email address: [email protected]
Set the role to "Manager."
Click "Invite" to send the invitation.
That's it — once the invite is sent, our team will accept it on our end and you'll be notified when access is confirmed.

Access to Your Meta Business Suite
To run your ad campaigns and manage your business page, our team needs admin access to your Meta Business Suite (formerly Facebook Business Manager). Please follow the steps below to add us.
Part 1 — Add Admin to Meta Business Suite
Go to business.facebook.com and log in with the Facebook account that manages your business.
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the bottom left to open Business Settings.
In the left-hand menu under "Users," click "People."
Click the "Invite People" button in the top right.
Set the role to "Full Control (Admin)."
Click "Next."
You'll be asked to assign asset access — toggle on access to your Ad Account(s) and your Page(s), and set both to Full Control.
Click "Invite."
Part 2 — Confirm Page Access
If your Facebook Page is connected to your Meta Business Suite, the steps above should cover it. However, if you manage your page separately, follow these additional steps:
Go to your Facebook Page.
Click "Settings" (or "Manage" then "Page Access" on newer layouts).
Scroll to "People with Facebook Access" or "Page Access."
Click "Add New" next to the appropriate section.
Search for or enter: [email protected]
Select "Full Control" and confirm.
A few important notes: You must be an existing admin on the Meta Business Suite and the Facebook Page to grant access. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you may be prompted to verify your identity during this process. The invite will expire after 30 days if not accepted, so please let us know once you've sent it.
