1099s/Subcontractors will have the ability to take offered jobs at a flat rate. They must submit their own proof of insurance, by law, to be qualified as a 1099 with our company. If gaining insurance may be a problem, but you still like this option, still select it.

W2 Employees, will be hired and trained by use directly. You will be on an hourly rated based off your experience and if you are placed on residential or commercial cleaning. You must have a way to and from each job site. We will compensate you for drive time at a lower rate than the working rate.

Understand that residential cleaning jobs pay more, however, they are way more strenuous on the body and require great attention to detail. These include move out cleans, deep cleans, and recurring cleanings. If you would like to do both the rates you are paid at on them will be reflected and documented on the pay stub.
