Coaching for the existing financial professional. I help you with tools and resources to embrace (and dare I say "discover") who you are called to serve in this industry. This also includes RIA start-up consulting & revenue growth for existing financial professionals.

It’s not executable. There is no plan in place to make the vision come to pass.

It’s unrealistic. The goals/milestones/objectives I've set seem unattainable.
